scam, order never showed up, gonna be opening a case with my bank.

I ordered my sweat suit February 2, 2019 and I haven't recovered an email or nothing and its February 28 now and I haven't heard nothing from the company and I haven't received no respond on my order at. My tracking number lead me nowhere. Im now seeking legal advice about how to get my money back and cancel my order. If anyone can help please do.

Ordered two rompers In September 2018, it's now February 2019 and no delivery. Multiple times contacting the company and no response, seems like a scam website. Avoid wasting your time and money here

If I could I would give this company no stars. I spent over £70 on two items for my niece and husband in November last year, for Christmas and the items have never arrived. I emailed a complaint a month ago and got an automatic reply to say we are looking into your query. I have emailed twice more since, I tweeted them, and get no response. I was so looking forward to sending them these gifts. I would have accepted the items late in January. I am bitterly disappointed.

Would give this zero stars if possible. Fraudulent, crap website. Once you order they put up an announcement saying all orders are on hold. Then you learn there is no customer service. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails. You learn their USA address is fake. Basically it has a nice website but the content is garbage. Go look at other reviews online. It’s a scam.

Absolutely Appalling DO NOT BUY Bought a gift for my sister for Christmas from this site. Not only was the jumper incredibly late and poor quality (felt like the cheapest nylon possible), the print was no where near as vibrant as the picture and TO TOP IT OFF!... One of the sleeves was sewn on the wrong way round which completely ruined the pattern of a lions face. When trying to contact the company, there was claimed to be but turned out to be NO automatic return system, NO phone number to ring and NO reply at all to the FOUR emails I sent asking for contact to exchange or replace the jumper. This is the worst kind of business and is a complete scam that should be shut down and the owners jailed. This is violation of consumer rights at it's finest. DO NOT BUY

No where on the website - at least no where obvious - does it state that this company ships your order from China. The length of time to receive an order is ridiculously long. In addition, I order a sweater. It is not a sweater. It is a strange material with printing on it. The website does not state what the material is and once the product was received, there was is no label. I tried it on for size. Within minutes I was covered in hives / whelps. I had an allergic reaction!! I am unable to contact anyone at this company. Buyer beware. Products not as advertised and your health may be at risk.

Thieves. Pure and simple. Paid for two hoodies, they came and they are appallingly bad quality. Can't even get anyone on the phone.
