worst online experience I've ever made. No communication, not even an order confirmation, so there's NO way I could track my order (if it exists). I'm mad as hell! the support form on the website didn't work at all. Called my credit card institute and they would block the amount that Get on fleek deducted me right away. Now, Get on fleek tells my institute that they send the package and they want their money. However, if they actually send something I will not accept it, as long as I don't have some tracking number, that I can find on the package. All in all, it's best if you just block the whole homepage and tell all your friends to never ever ever ever try to order from them. Because it will not work. Get on Fleek, you've got no clue how much of an incompetent wannabe company you are.

Placed order 4 months ago.. Still haven't received a tracking number. Have emailed customer service numerous times. "Heather" occasionally replies "sincerely apologising" for the delay but will not issue a refund stating that the product is still coming from the manufacturer. Do not ever but from Getonfleek unless you enjoy making fraud reports with your bank.

I ordered a pair of joggers on 2/7/17 and its now 3/8/17 and I have not even had an email to say they have been made, or shipped or whatever. I live in Australia so I expected delivery to be slower but I will be calling my bank to dispute the credit card charge and get my item refunded.

I ordered a matching top and trousers for my son's Christmas present. Order was placed in time for xmas orders but did not arrive in time. Trousers were sewn together mid calf. Followed online complaint process on 5th January, sending photos as required. It is now 13th Feb - no help, no refund or replacement, just holding emails every time I email them. Avoid this company

Did not receive the item we ordered by the guaranteed Christmas date. Ordered a month before Christmas. Still guaranteed Christmas delivery on their website as close to 3 days before christmas. I called 3 times, was literally told " I don't know what to tell you" and "we can't help that DHL is slow" & "not our problem mam". Received item a week after Christmas, requested shipping refund, they said if you order a $100 or more we will ship the next items for free. They send you an email to review them, but the "unsatisfied" button of course will not work. Do not order from this company!! Horrible horrible customer service for the prices!

I ordered an item November 17th. It is now December 12th and it still has not even shipped. It took them 6 days to respond to my inquiry about the status of the order. Just stay away it's clearly poorly managed (or simply a scam) and cannot keep to their claims online of timely deliveries.

Order never came, sent e-mail, no response, do not order.

Company does not respond to emails. I've been waiting four weeks for a product to be sent. No idea if it will ever arrive or if this company even still exists. Their site does say it might take 10-16 days for a product to be sent but this really is absurd.
