Been waiting 2 months for a confirmation email or anything for an order. Spent $100 on a romper that I probably won't be getting and they have stopped replying to my emails. Worst company I've ever dealt with. They took the payment for everything and we haven't received anything.

Horrible customer service! I placed an order almost two months ago and still nothing but production excuses. I read the reviews and saw all 4 and 5 stars and now feel like I was ripped off! I can't imagine now how those reviews are accurate! Run from Geonfleek!!!! So far I feel scammed!

Do not trust the obviously fake 5-star reviews on this site. Getonfleek.com is a scam. I ordered 3 rompers on June 25th, and was told they would ship in mid-July. It is now September 10th and I have received no Rompers and cannot get ahold of anyone at the company. These were supposed to be for special events. What is worse than the fact that they stole $330 of my money is the fact that they ruined my contribution to my friends' bachelor and birthday parties. I am filing a claim with the Orlando Police Department's Fraud division, and I encourage everyone else who has been defrauded by this deplorable group of people to do the same. Hilariously dodgy company, they ignore emails and generally have no idea what they're doing. I placed an order more than six months ago, it took them 4 months to send me the first t-shirt which was the wrong color and very poorly made, at one point it took them over a month to respond to me via email. After requesting that I upload an image of the t-shirt they offered to send a replacement, months went by with no updates. I had to send 3 emails to get a reply, to which they said that the order had been lost (they tried to blame the postal service). I have been waiting for them to re-send it but they haven't been helpful at all or even confirmed that they are going to re-send it. I don't understand how a company like this is allowed to operate. Don't believe the rating of the company on this website, have a look at other review sites and you'll see that the reviews for getonfleek are overwhelmingly negative. Search for the company on youtube and you'll find countless negative reviews. In the 6+ months there have been a total of 30+ emails between myself and getonfleek and still no success. This company boarders on internet fraud, avoid at all costs.

Horrible... first they took the order from my bank twice. Now they say to be patient that the delivery time has had to be changed! They still have delivered the two rompers I ordered. One I ordered on July 2 and the other July 4. They were suppos d to be here in 7-10 working days. There is no phone number to speak to an actual person which should be a red flag! Going to contact my bank and take action!

They have had my money since June the 22nd. They said the order would ship in 2 weeks. Now they are saying it will not ship until August. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they have refused. This was a present. This company is a scam, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
