Ordered in November, no delivery date or shipping advice despite numerous emails , very very poor service! I’m wondering if I’ll ever get my order !

BUYER BEWARE. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They cannot fulfill orders in a timely manner. Read all the reviews for this holiday season. Very disappointing. I ordered $200.00 in merchandise. 1 out of 3 items was received but they have indicated the order is complete. The 1 item I received was for a men’s size small romper. It is sized very small, as it is tight on our 10 year old Child. Poor customer service and follow through.

Do not order from this company. I ordered an ugly sweater on November 9th for a December 16th party (today) and I still don't have it. They said it would ship next week, but that is what they said 2 weeks ago. They refused to cancel my order. These people are crooks. I don't expect to get this sweater, and if I do, it will be a piece of crap. Do not use this company.

I order my product on November 11th.It has still not arrived. They say that it is shipped but to no avail. I followed up with them on several occasions asking where my shipment was. They responded but failed to do the right thing or provide any real customer service. I need it for an event this Friday December 8th. I was not concerned about regular shipping because I ordered the item a month in advance. I advised them when I needed it and if I didn't have it by the date to cancel the order and refund my credit card. They told me that all Christmas sales are final and no refunds. I think this is a really bad disreputable company that should spend less time and money marketing and taking people's money on overpriced novelty items and more time trying to actually deliver the products successfully.I wish I would have checked some of these sites before because I can see that others are having the same disappointing experience. Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Do not buy from them- website says it ships in 3-4 days still waiting over a month, I'm sure my Christmas Romper will arrive after Christmas. Order #24101

Yes very bad. I didn't expect this because I bought from them after reading lots of good reviews about them. Not Recommended.

Site is a total scam. You place orders and they take FOREVER to make and deliver. When you complain about the delay, they offer you a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Total scam.
