The range of your sensors is not far…
The range of your sensors is not far enough to the base. I tried all the recommendations you suggested, no help.

Easy to set up
Easy to set up. Door monitors appear to function properly. System is helpful when it comes to monitoring my home.

Great universal monitors
I use them to monitor my sump high level alarm, hot water leakage, and garage door and garage temperature. They work great but occasionally I will get a off line message from any of them. I just peck on them with my finger and they come back online. I have the old sensors. The new ones should not do this.

The system is working fine
The system is working fine. Sometimes the garage door sensor is too sensitive, but everything is fine.

Hi Corey, Thanks so much for letting us know. Your feedback is valuable to us. Our team would love to help troubleshoot. Our first recommendation is always to start by checking to see if your Notion Sensor is installed near any existing security systems or sensors that use magnets. If you have one of these in your home you will need to move your Notion sensor at least 3 feet from the security system before re-syncing. I have had problems with base station…
I have had problems with base station and sensors, but customer service quick to resolve

Perfectly simple.
Easy to set up. Does what I need it to do, which is tell me if I left my garage door open.
