System is easy to install
System is easy to install. To expand from the initial package recieved is overly expensive. I do like the app. Easy to navigate.

It is a nice feature but the app is not…
It is a nice feature but the app is not the best. There have been glitches that required another piece that had to be put up. Having it gives me an insurance discount so I keep them up.

I have the settings set for alerts when I am away but still don't get alerts unless I open the app to check.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies that you are not getting the notifications for your Notion monitoring system as needed. In your notion app you can access your notification preferences by going the 'System' tab and then go to 'Notifications' tab to make any changes. My Notion wouldn't sync my front door…
My Notion wouldn't sync my front door so I had to get magnets. They sent me the magnets at no charge and after receiving the magnets so far no more issues

Could be more compatible
Could be more compatible and interoperable. I used SmartThings and need to use IFTTT to bridge it. It would be great if the sensors directly worked with it.

Hi Santiago, Thanks for your review about your Notion system! I'm sorry to hear that your alerts sometimes take a couple minutes to come through. That timing can be affected by the WiFi signal in the home, the signal to your phone as well as some processing time along the way. Perhaps try switching your phone from mobile data to local WiFi to see if that improves things. Otherwise I'll be in touch with an email to check in.
