false positives unable to complete setup

Hi John, Thanks for reaching out with your message. I'm so sorry for the issues yu are having with false notifications. We'd love to help get your system back on track. Let's try resyncing the door task on your sensor with the magnet installed. From the Home screen in the Notion app on your phone: 1. Tap on the task that needs to be resynced 2. On the Task Details screen, tap on the Settings tab at the top 3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Resync Door Task 4. Follow the in-app instructions Let me know if the issue persists after resyncing and we can offer a few other suggestions as needed.

Does not work at all and lost my discount with the insurance

The notifications that my door is opening are driving me nuts. I've resynced the module, added the magnet, etc. and it still falsely says the door is opening...All day long.

Can’t get the darn thing to work. Installed and reinstalled no less than 5 times. Got the magnet too. Still says door is open when it isn’t or constantly texts saying door is open. So frustrating.

So far I have not received the item Chelsea said I would get (a magnet). I did get a couple of sheets of self-stick paper for something, that arrived in a box (should have been mailed in an envelope). A very strange experience thus far.

The magnet I received for the sensor did not reset the system and the sensor still not working.
