This system is constantly failing and i am spending unacceptable amounts of my time resetting the thing and getting annoying emails. If you have software problems with the product, how about not making it my problem

got it for free because of insurance promo. installed and has never worked correctly and called customer service but they were closed. that's not much of a service. they did email me to reset but that's what i have been doing. bridge wont connect or if it does the sensors go off all the time. total was of time even for a free be. DO NOT get. mine is going in the trash and anyone ask me in the future, piece of @#$%

Internet and power outages - all devices go offline and you have to then reset each individual sensor. This takes so much time and really should just be able to reconnect. In the even of a blackout - out of our control they have turned off and we were unawares of this being busy working and kid’s commitments.

I think it is a privacy invading scam. I got harassing emails saying I would be charged more for insurance if I did not set these privacy invading devices. I will change my insurance as soon as they up the price I will cancel their insurance

Hello Peter, We appreciate your feedback, I would like to assure you Notion does not share your information with anyone who we do not partner with. We have programs set up with many insurance companies who offer a smart home discount for customers who install the Notion system. Never is Notion a requirement, you have the option to set the system up or not. Took forever. Weeks and 3 routers to get it to ‘work’. Still drops wifi regularly even when placed next to router. Please don’t buy this.
