Hi Ken, Julian here from the team at Notion Support. I am writing to you to offer some troubleshooting assistance on the false alerts you mentioned in your review about Notion. When you get the chance, go ahead and try simply re-syncing the task to start. 1.From the home page of the mobile app, click on the task that needs to be resynced 2.Scroll to the bottom and click "Sync task," then follow the on-screen prompts If you continue to see false alerts after that, please send me a couple photos of where the sensor is located and I'll see what other troubleshooting steps I can offer.

Nothin much happened, need more intuitive uI. And need a thermostat from you guys to replace nest of the world. And ur sensors can feed data back to ur other future products like thermostat , door bell etc.

Notifications are often wrong. It will say that the door is open and it's not. Having to resynchronize sometimes 2-4 times a day.

When I first got Notion 2 years ago, it worked great. There has been issues in the last year, however. Sometimes, the garage door open/close would trigger multiple times when you open the door once, and the door near the garage doesn't register correctly when the door opens. I suspect it's because of the new car we got. Also, the sliding door notifications are missing the closing notification, so it's seems to not be feature complete.

I like the product but..., just having issues with some of the sensors not reading properly. Having to trouble shoot constantly by taking the batteries out or re-syncing the devices. Can't use the alerts on my phone due to these issues. I'm on a very tight budget and can't afford to buy new sensors since I bought extra ones to cover additional areas of the house.

I am actually satisfied with Notion and its sensors. They work reliable. However I encountered problems with range as well as connecting the notion system to certain wireless networks.

Effective system and sensors which provide piece of mind; however, they constantly go on and offline throughout the day. The WIFI router is next to transmitter base station, so signal should not be an issue.
