One sensor needed a magnet

Potentially useful technology
Potentially useful technology. I initially found that sensors monitoring doors generate a huge number of false warnings if a door is left ajar - no issues when it is fully closed or open. It is useful to be notified of doors being opened and closed and conditions in our home. Notion’s support proved to be very responsive and resolved the false alarm issue.

All sensors went off line
All sensors went off line. Instructions for resetting the system were very clear and comprehensive. Within very few minutes all sensors were reconnected.

Untested
We have been issued the Notion system by "Honey" our house insurancer. Notion sensors were relatively easy to install, though as yet are untested regarding smoke, heat or water detection.

The Magnet Mystery
After I never received the first Magnet,Carissa reached out to me months later. I told her I was still waiting on the Magnet. We made contact,she sent a Magnet & it just got here Friday. Thanks for your help, a special Thanks to Carissa!!!
