Hi Albertina, Thank you for providing feedback on your experience with your Notion system. I greatly apologize for the trouble you've run into with the sensor and the shipment of your magnet. We know just how serious not receiving notifications at all is. We would be happy to look in to this for you. In your case, there might be some trouble shooting steps we could take to get those sensors recalibrated. We’ll reach out directly to offer additional assistance.
