I'm sorry to hear that the alerts have not been valuable to you!  Our team may be able to offer some advice to optimize settings and reduce any extra alerts that you may be receiving. For example, you can take advantage of home/away mode switching and then set your sensor so that it doesn't alert you when you are home. Hi Connie, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your system has been less-than-reliable! To troubleshoot, I recommend re-syncing your sensor to get it back on track. In the app, click on the effected sensor door task, then click on "Settings" and click "Sync Door Task." Hello Alan,  Thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you had some difficulty setting up your system. The set up process normally takes about 15min.   We are always interested in ways we can improve. When you get a chance, can you please provide more information in regards to your set up experience?
