After which you even promised to make an appointment with me. I saw that you have free windows, but you said not to reserve anything and that you will write to me "tonight". And the next day, when you did not write anything and I asked you in the email, you said that you had issued a refund. Doing this is insulting, ask your mom. Say such things upfront, like a man, not a coward.
