Marvin's customer service was great! He returned calls/texts/emails in a timely manner and if he was going to be late for a zoom call, he let me know in advance. The completion time of my resume overhaul was as stated and he did a GREAT job! My resume was 4 pages and he turned it into 2 pages with all pertinent information captured. Even after my final copy was sent, I noticed something additional that needed to be changed, and Marvin gladly made the update and sent me over a new set of revised final copies (WORD and PDF). And best of all the price was GREAT and very worth it! I was very pleased with my final product.
