I enjoyed filling the UK ETA application but I had a difficult time taking a photo of myself and sending it. I was very frustrated trying to follow UK ETA's guideline (requirement). The background of the picture must be white or light gray but my home does not have any white or light gray walls for a photo to be taken. My home has all light brown (tan) walls. So I had tried myself to be taken for photos many times but UK ETA continued not accepting them. I finally gave up after I tried that for two hours! Later someone from GetMyVisaFast co. emailed to help me out. Plus the cost of having UK ETA is pretty expensive.

At check-in I've discovered that ETA was needed. The application was easy to follow and the approval was received within 10 minutes. Great.

Arrived at the airport to check-in and didn't realise I needed a Visa. Applied for a visa and within 10 minutes it was approved at came through. The team got in touch ASAP and we're incredibly responsive, turning a very stressful experience into an extremely efficient one!
