Massive scam!! Fake Trustpilot score on their page
Got scammed as I thought it was the official cite! I filled out everything, and proceeded to pay with ApplePay. Only while I was approving it with my face „I saw the massive mistake that the fee was 199.99$ and not 19.99$“. I tried to cancel my ApplePay unsuccessfully and immediately emailed the company (less than 5 minutes later). I got an email response with a case number from them quite fast where they gave me my case number that they will contact me with their paralegal within 1 business days. I have now waited for more than 2 without any response from the company despite emailing them multiple times. Furthermore, they show in the payment part that their Trustpilot score is full 5 stars which is obviously incorrect. They also show that you can WhatsApp them but when clicking the ikon it says „no WhatsApp account for this phone number“.
