⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed! Buyer Beware! I paid $329.98 for a custom acrylic business sign from Stride Sign Co., and the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. The sign arrived scratched, damaged, and with the WRONG mounting hardware. For a sign at this price point, I expected a professional, high-quality product, especially since it was purchased for the opening of my new medical practice. Instead, I received what appears to be a cheaply made acrylic sign that arrived in unacceptable condition. Initially, communication was excellent. The company acknowledged the issue and assured me in writing that they would “send another immediately” with the correct hardware. I was also led to believe that a refund or complete replacement would be provided. As requested, I supplied photographs documenting the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label. I cooperated with every request and gave the company ample opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, that is where the customer service ended. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have received NO replacement, NO refund, and NO meaningful response. The company went from being extremely responsive before resolving the issue to essentially ignoring my concerns. As a small-business owner preparing to open a new medical practice, I understand the importance of customer service, accountability, and standing behind the products you sell. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes speaks volumes about its integrity. I paid over $329 for a damaged product with incorrect hardware, and despite promises to correct the situation, I have been left with nothing but frustration. I have photographs of the damage, proof of purchase, and email correspondence documenting the company’s promises. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Stride Sign Co. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage other business owners to think twice before purchasing from this company. Extremely disappointing product quality, customer service, and lack of follow-through.

I made appt for evaluation for my husband morning of appt he wasnt able out of it unable to walk attepted to cancil was told bring him to appt if cant do evaluation i understood there would be no charge i filled out papery got thete early brought husband in wheel chair took him to bathroom therapist could not do evaluation husband was out of uncoop THEY called an ambulance on way out i asked if i owed anything was told no charge we couldn't do evaluation 2 month s later get bill for copay called billing they said would investagate. Got billed again this time they billed my husbands medicare for evaluation he did not have &whrn i called back &questioned the bill was told we were at their center a total of 25 minutes so i needed to paythecopay i would undershisband spent 25 minutes on therapy not filling papers going to bathroom &waiting for ambulancewith therapist but not sitting in waiting room whete i filled out papers

They tell you that you have money back guarantee. But when the initial treatment doesn't work, they tell you to give it more time because new nails take time to grow. Gave it another 3 months and no effect. They don't honor their money back guarantee now. This company is a scam.

After you pay there is no continuity. They get their money and then they don’t care. I have all of the messages I have been sending them during the last month to proof that and they haven’t been responsive. They will probably answer here something like “we like to make it right” “call us” “email us” but they just don’t care once you pay. I took the treatment and I had more questions because I saw they are charging my card in a month for another $400 but it is impossible to get a hold of someone. One month and no answers. I’m not exaggerating.
