As a non-computer person I was very thankful I had a patient, knowledgeable person who explained what was needed and what he was doing and why throughout the process. He solved the issue and gave me helpful advice for the future. This is why I need and appreciate the remote tech assistance, and the men and women who provide it, and why I've had MyCleanPc and the other parts of the apps for a long time.

Kirby understood my issue and had me show him the problem I was having with Google Chrome responding slowly. We did the same steps in Edge with no latency. He then went into Google Chrome to have the application update to the latest version. This solved the problem and I learned that unlike Windows updates, you have to manually update the Google chrome updates. Kirby was a great help and was easy to understand and very helpful.
