The young man I spoke with was extremely polite and respectful. He knew what he was doing and proved that in the efficient manor in which he solved my problem. He is the kind of person who would work assiduously to get the job done. Without being pleonastic, he explained to me what the cause of my problem was. His explanations were concise without being terse. Unlike others who try to obfuscate the problem, especially when it is user error, he was refreshingly truthful.
