This process was very easy and fast. I love being able to do everything online. And when I called to ask questions the representative was friendly and helpful.

I have been pleased thus far with the service received. There have been times, I feel a little more information should be given. For example the service policy. Even a call to MODE was not productive in explaining. Also, in printing of paper work could be more friendly to customer. However, in all pleased at the chance to refinance.
