Agents were kurt in responses. Use of system not explained. No way to have optional questions asked. Process took a long time to process. Other auto financing done in a 2 coupme days if you are a lease holder in good standing.

Everything was done on time and when a question came up a person was able to help resolve it quickly.

Ease of doing business. My only recommendation would be to keep the consumer informed of the status, and what to expect next during the process. I feel I had to reach out for status updates.

Customer service was very helpful and patient and made the process very easy instructions to follow.

Able to transition from lease to own without having to visit the dealership. Some of the items requested seemed much since it was your car that your keeping but again beats going to dealership or bank.

System updates were a tad bit confusing after normal business hours. However once business hours resumed updates were immediately reflected.
