Process was easy, but……
The process was relatively easy but I feel there could be better communication on what to expect next. For instance, I don’t know if I need to make my next payment to GM financial or wait and pay my mode loan. Also, I should be able to change my contact email on the site and not have to speak to someone directly to do that. If there is an app for making online payments, that would be useful to know asap too.
