Excellent Experience
Overall, the process was easy and if I had a question, the phones were answered promptly and courteously. The process was quick and easy. My only minor complaint would be that I always did not know what the next step was or what the waiting time would be. For instance, I know my old loan was paid off and now I am waiting for a welcome packet, but I do not know when the first payment is due. Just a minor thing.

Easy Peasy
The ease of applying and the concise instructions regarding the paperwork. In addition the relaxation of not having to deal with a high pressure sales person who negotiates just about everything you have actually asked for or want...from the car you want to the price and payments.
