But the overall experience didn’t reflect what I expected from a $1,000/month agency. I had to initiate follow-ups just to get the first month’s recap. After canceling the recurring service, communication with my rep stopped completely. But instead of seeing $100 returned or credited, I was told it would be “reinvested” into the campaign. I never saw any added value that reflected that — which effectively made it a $1,100 experience with little to no support. If you’re looking for real strategy and strong engagement from your SEO team, this may not be the best-fit agency for you. I know some businesses prefer a hands-off approach, but I need to show my investors and partner where our marketing dollars are going — and how effective the campaigns are. This didn’t provide that level of accountability.
