I had placed a order and when received, it was wrong. Within a few minutes or so, I got a reply back. They sent me by email of a USPS label to get printed out so to return 2 items and after they receive, I'm to get sent my 2 correct items. This was my 1st time ordering from them after several months seeing a ad for them online. I have used for a few days now of their products and they are much better on me to use than the products that sit on store shelves including the one my dentist keeps telling me to use. I'll be ordering more from down the road when time to do so.

A prompt response by your associate was greatly appreciated !! I was advised by email three tubes were being getting ready to be shipped. I requested a cancellation as I just received 6 tubes the last couple of weeks.

I have been using livfresh wintergreen toothpaste for awhile and love how smooth and clean my teeth feel after brushing. I decided to try one tube of the peppermint flavor. It certainly was refreshing but for me it was too strong. I emailed the Livfresh management about my issue. They immediately replied and said they would be happy to send me a new tube of my favorite wintergreen. I mean, how many companies are so quick to reply and actually care about a customer. I will be a lifelong purchaser. Thank you Livfresh!

LOVE this toothpaste - I have recommended it to 2 different dentists, hygienists and friends and family. My cleanings are almost half as long as they used to be and my gums are no longer sensitive, swollen or red. I use Livfresh along with TAO toothbrush and I really think it is a winning combination. Worth every penny!

I have had bleeding gums most of my life. Since I have been using LivFresh the bleeding has almost completely stopped. My gums look much healthier now. This is now the only toothpaste that I will use.

It’s foam, actually works in between your teeth and kills any of the germs and gingivitis whatever you wanna call it makes my teeth feel refreshed for sure and I’m much more appreciated than the fluoride toothpaste off the shelves.
