Terrible company. Extremely slow shipping, they do not have products in hand and will lie saying they do. The underwear is cheaply made / does not fit like normal underwear should. Runs way too small. And most people don’t even receive what they order.

I ordered a Faraday T Shirt December 2021 and 2 weeks later I received a $20 gift card. As of 02-11-22 I've yet to receive my order. I emailed them to inquire about my order and they sent me a tracking number for my order of the gift card, not the over $100 T Shirt. This company is a SCAM! You pay over $100 and they send you a $20 Lambs gift card. Really? As if I would ever order anything else from these people.

I placed an order multiple items in DECEMBER 2021, it is now MID FEBRUARY 2022 and have not received any of the items!!! They dont answer their phone and it is like pulling teeth to get them to finally respond to an email. When they finally do respond, their answer is irrelevant to your question. I'm calling my credit card company and asking for credit an my account. BIG HUGE WARNING FOR NEW CUSTOMERS.

I purchased 2 product and I never got them. Beware of this scammer. If you do not send them I will make a charge back and bring this to a lawyer.....

I purchased one shirt on Jan 5 2022, and after receiving email receipt confirming order, I got a second email the next day, I kid you not this is exact text: "Thanks again for placing your order with Lambs! To ensure the highest standards of comfort and protection, some items are manufactured in small quantities and may be shipped at a later date. WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR DELIVERIES: Faraday Long Sleeve T-Shirt (Men) Quantity: 1 Expected Ship Date: 12/10 (THIS DATE is 12/10/22 IS 12 MONTHS IN THE FUTURE) Their customer service, based on my experience today is the worst of any online purchase I have made in years. And the Shop App link they sent to track my product is also disappointing. I have made 2 phone calls and several emails to find out the status. I recommend using other websites for EMF clothing. Since I purchased through their site via PayPal, I know I can get a refund.

This company does not answer its phone or chat. Requested within several hours to adjust order before the business opened up for the day via phone, chat, and email. Ordered late Sunday night and requested change to order several hours later and eventually told that the order cannot be changed, even though it has not shipped yet. The order actually got split up into two separate packages to ship.

Ordered and paid for 5 items (~$500) and haven't received the items after 3 months of waiting.

It took over 2 months to finally get my order. When it finally arrived, I only got one pair of boxers when I ordered two. The one pair that came in was way too small. I ordered my normal size (medium) that I wear from other underwear brands. This product had a medium that was like an x-small. I contacted customer service numerous times. They won’t even respond to try to fix the problem. Essentially, I spent $90 for one pair of underwear that doesn’t even fit. Outrageous!
