It is too bad because the concept is nice, their website is nice, but damn do the rest sucks. I ordered a nice black cap a few years ago which I loved. It aged pretty badly but I loved it. Wanted to buy some new stuff from them. I bought two caps, now they all have " lambs " written on them. They very intently almost hide completely the lambs logo on the pictures of the caps so that you figure it out too late when you receive them. Wich I find dishonest. There is no description whatsoever between the performance cap and the regular cap. I ordered one grey and one black to figure out they are both indistinguishable one from the other the colors are so similar. Shopping wasn't updated until it was at my door. They sent me a huge box wich could contain at least a basketball that contained two flat caps. What a waste of shipping. Previous products were a t shirt and boxers Wich both had weird fitting and confort. Not worth the expense unfortunately. They sell products for people that are aware of their health and environment but are not straightforward with products. Quite incoherent.

I’ve been waiting a month for my cap. I paid extra 20 dollars for overnight delivery but I have not seen it yet. They should send out emails with times frames for customer service sake so people can respect the company. They just take your money and express shipping pay. I love the notion of creating products but u have to not only think about money you have to think about return customers too. Also reviews and word of mouth matters too. Call or email the customers with time frame of when it’s coming. Most customers would respect that more than just taking their money and hiding. It’s upsetting to the max. It’s already beyond overly expensive.. I definitely would’ve gave five stars if I had some communication saying a timeframe even if it’s two or three months out it’s the respect that matters. You can hire one person to type up letters and send them out to people or emailing letting them know a timeframe as much money as y’all charge for one freaking item

Been waiting 2 months for one beanie! Absolutely insane. No notice before that it would be longer. They are super back ordered and you will wait atleast 2 months for your order. Dont do it!

No easy way to contact them, the button to email them doesn’t even work on my iPhone. Ordered something a month ago that was back ordered, which was expected to ship the 22nd of January. I sent an email to follow up, and now the shipping date is moved to February 9th. If I can’t contact you easily, it’s safe to say your customer service is crap. If you take orders for products you don’t have, your business is crap

I wear a Fitbit to track my sleep. I bought two of these tee shirts (NOT CHEAP) and wore one all day and night for 14 days. There was absolutely ZERO difference in my quality of sleep. These are a total SCAM.

Their customer support is off the charts at the bottom of the barrel. The ONLY way to contact them is via email - go ahead and try to call their published line and you won't get thru to them. goes straight to voicemail box that is full. Takes them DAYS to respond to emails - if at all - I have been emailing daily for 9 straight days. - got a response on days 3 and 7 but nothing tangible as far as a return. So when they claim their return policy is tops in the industry, it doesn't do any good if there's no one to take your request. Look at the terms and conditions - says "all returns go thru their form found on this website" - there is no form. There's text that suggest there's a form, but there is no form there. Their "Chat with us" button is not a hyperlink - so you can't "chat" with them either.

Shipment takes way longer than advertised. I paid for shipment witching 3-5 business days. Also all of Lambs products are made in CHINA

terrible customer service. Products are made in China. I thought I was supporting a small local business in California made products.
