You don't have to take our word for it, and you shouldn't. Put a phone inside the beanie and call it, or hold an EMF meter next to a router and then cover the meter with the fabric. Either test takes a minute and costs nothing. Our shielding test numbers are available if you want the data rather than the claim, and the return policy exists for anyone the product doesn't work for.

This is not the standard for our gear. A seam failure after three wears is a defect, and our WaveStopper™ technology is built to last much longer than that. Please email us at [email protected]. We will ship a replacement explicitly for your son immediately, on us.

"We ship fast" doesn't hold up when the items were on backorder, and you were right to call that out. Sorry for the answer you got. If that order went to the wrong address and never came back to you, email [email protected] and we'll still sort it.

We’re sorry for the frustration — we understand how upsetting this is. After checking our system, we’re unable to find any order under your name. That usually means the order may have been placed under a different name, or directly through PayPal without being completed on our site. Please contact us at [email protected], our support team will investigate immediately and resolve this as fast as possible.

Hi AG, We’re truly sorry for this experience, especially with this being a Christmas gift. We understand how frustrating and stressful this is. To be fully transparent: once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier, and in this case they marked the shipment as undeliverable/lost, which is unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, this is not your problem — it’s ours to fix. Our team has now followed up with the carrier to prioritize delivery and confirm timing. If the replacement no longer works for you due to the holidays, we completely understand and are happy to process a full refund instead. just let us know what you prefer and we’ll act right away. We appreciate your patience and want to make this right, one way or another. — The HAVN Team

Your order was impacted by a blanket backorder, but we should have shipped the available items immediately once you asked and communicated clearly. We didn’t, and that’s on us. Your case is now escalated for immediate resolution. We’ll contact you directly to either ship everything with priority or process a full refund, depending on your preference. Thank you for flagging this — we’re fixing it now.
