If the TSA scanner is flagging you, the silver is doing exactly what it's supposed to. That said, we completely understand the friction, nobody wants extra pat-downs on every trip. A few customers swear by packing their HAVN pieces in carry-on rather than wearing them through security. Might be worth a try!
