I was hesitant, imagining the aluminum cap but decided on the ultra-light beanie. Using my Samsung Health app on my smart watch I have a baseline to see if there are any obvious changes. I do sleep better and have more deep sleep time. I wear the beanie under my CPAP headgear with no problems or head sweat, just a comfortable fit for my 7 5/8 hat size. Arrived with no packaging problems.

I bought a WaveStopper Beanie and it is a game changer for my sleepless nights. After this great experience I decided to buy the cotton blanket. I had an issue with the product, I reached The HAVN Team customer service and they resolved my problem timely and effectively. I will certainly recommend these good quality products and their excellent customer service.

I enjoy the way the cap fits and feels on my head, perfect. Me sleep was better the first time I wore it and now I’m wearing it when I take naps. Quality construction, too.

The beanies are simply amazing. I think we sleep better. They also fit very well and are super comfortable.

Very glad I found HAVN to order lightweight beanie! After a couple of weeks I notice a huge difference with better sleep quality and less brain fog while working around Wifi and equipment, so much that I ordered an extra. Excellent customer service too! Win/win.

I like the products that help protect us from all the bad ray emitted by all of our tech devices. I am especially liking the pad for my laptop.
