Your staff was really responsive. Answered every question and followed up promptly. My prescription arrived in a couple of days.

The doctor was quick to respond & address my concerns. There is even a followup where you can ask a question if you think of something else at a later time.

You charged $15.00 first for the prescription refill without any mention at that time that there would be an additional huge cost of $59.00 for this tiny tube of medication. If you had of and should have advised at your first email that there would be an additional cost then that would have provided your customer the option of not approving the $15.00 AND the additional $59.00. It was like you were being deceptive. Your business practices are unethical and I won’t be doing any further business with your company & will advise others of my experience as well. Update: Interlude customer service reached out of me and advised that they have spoken to their team and they will revise their policy so that they advise the total cost upfront to the customer prior to placing an order. Their response was quick and responsive.

I looked into using an online prescription service because of the inconvenience of having to have a new prescription submitted by my physician each time the medication ran out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that using the online service was not only more convenient, the cost of the prescription was less as well. Completing the online questionnaire was easy, and I received the medication I ordered in just a few days. My only suggestion would be to give more detail on how to cancel a prescription up front.

I was able to get my estrogen cream from Interlude when unable to get it anywhere else. Thank you!
