HootieReviews of gethootie.com

Excellent service, quick response from the customer service representative, excellent product!

I ordered 3 of these. One started going off randomly after a few months. The return policy is a short window. I've asked for a reconsideration and a refund or replacement. We'll see what happens.

The concept of a personal alarm is great, but I was disappointed with the level of sound made by the Hootie. The sound level may be enough to attract attention of someone nearby, but it is not so annoying as to scare off an assailant.

I ordered a product on 10 December 2021 (order GU20978-HT). It was not delivered and I received no updates regarding delivery timeframes. I emailed on 29 January 2022 and 2 February 2022 to follow up and received no reply. Do your own research, but based on my experience, I would not trust this company to deliver what you pay for or to respond when you follow up.

honest and prompt ... Thank you ..

The keyzmo is as advertised. Very sturdy and precisely crafted. It comes in a nice box that lists its many functions.

Great gadget and stocking stuffer.

No hassle ordering & delivery, confirmation call to let me know my parcel was delivered & where it was left as I wasn’t home. Great product, perfect Christmas presents
