I’ve been using the app since its inception and have following Chris for almost 20 years. I enjoy the variety of workouts, the modifying options and the excellent cueing I give the site 4 stars only because since getting upgraded some functions aren’t quite as fast as before but nothing that’s detrimental to the workouts All in all a good value for the money and this from a 65 year old woman

I enjoy the camaraderie of the various instructors as they work together. I find the cuing to be safe and for the most part the pace of the classes is appropriate for all levels. I also like the encouragement prompts.

The trainers are great! They give clear instructions on form and are upbeat and encouraging.
