Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback. We really appreciate it! If you're still giving Frank a shot, we recently expanded access to more than 8,000 financial institutions, so it might be worth trying those connections again. If they're still not available, you can add the accounts manually or upload a statement and ask Frank to remember that information for future advice.
