Worst customer services. They gave me the wrong information and wasn't very helpful in trying to get someone new into FPV.

The worst customer services and also the worst shipping services that you can get in a FPV store

Customer service was poor. Order a product that never made to the door both Google and GetFPV are not helping. I am now having to contact my bank for a refund because neither company is standing behind their guarantees. Stay away from Google trusted sites and GetFPV. Don't say you were not warned.

i bought three items , when i received the package but when i opened it, there was just one item i wrote to customer service , but they dont care about ur items or ur money , cause they said ¨i saw the cameras and confirmed we packaged all three items¨ i request to see the cameras but they dont answer , they just ignored the messages DONT WASTE UR TIME IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO YOUR ORDER , THEY WONT HELP U , THEY DONT CARE ABOUT IF U GET THE ITEMS OR NO

I wrote a review of this company back in 2020. last week I needed a new mini stack, getfpv was the only place that had the one I wanted. I ordered it, got it quickly, but when I went to flash the firmware, there was no firmware listed for that fc on betaflight. The video on the product page said to be sure to flash the firmware before using, or you will have problems. So, I tried to contact getfpv. Emailed them, waited a week, nothing. Tried calling at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Monday, got a message saying that their phone support was disabled. So, they won't return an email, and they've disabled their phone support. I guess that's just like saying "we got your money, now it's your problem". I thought that after 2 years they might have cleaned up their act, but nope, they're just as rotten as they ever were. So, buying from them was my mistake, I should have known better. I won't buy anything from them ever again.

Worst customer service I've ever had. They truly do no care at all on multiple levels. All forms of contact are either useless or a complete joke. I got scammed into paying return shipping on an item that shouldn't have been sent to me. EDIT: They are now just ignoring my emails and leaving me stranded with no method of returning the item I purchased. I've filed a dispute with my bank since they are not following up on their duties.

I order from Getfpv all the time. I recently ordered a RTF bundlle(w/goggles). The quad would not arm, I had to change settings in order for it to work. I have contacted them several times with no response. I just spent well over $1000 on a RTF and it wouldn't fly. I have never had an issue with Getfpv in the past, but the this is unacceptable. If I knew nothing about quads, I would have spent all that on a "READY TO FLY" only to have it sitting there for almost a week, with no response from the seller. I will never buy from Getfpv again.

Literally shop anywhere else Their customer support is basically nonexistent. They sell defective products and take forever to ship and when you try to get it fixed they simply do not care. Awful experience
