Great plans and strong service

Flex mobile is a great service to have. I had flex mobile for over 2 years now and it’s just as good as these other cellular phone companies! You get great data coverage, so you can talk and text anywhere in the USA and it also have great cellphone signal anywhere in the USA. The one thing I like about this company is you don’t have to pay an arm and two legs to have the service, it’s ver affordable and reliable.

In the last couple of days every time I tried to log in - it kept on saying my account wasn't active or that my login credentials were not correct - After calling customer support and not having to wait for a long time - The person I spoke with was not only super helpful and very kind and patient - But after being on the phone with him for at least 15 - 20 mins - he was able to fix the problem I was having trouble with and he answered all of my questions - I couldn't thank him enough for all of his help and being so kind and making my experience with customer support a positive one - Thanx Flex Mobile... 🫶🏻🙏
