No longer allows subscribers to cancel their services.
You can no longer cancel your service on the web site. Messages to support to cancel are ignored. Calls to the company are answered by a digital Assistant which repeatedly hangs up on you when you ask to cancel your service.
Had to file a dispute with the bank. This kind of behaviour should be criminal.

Your phone bot still hangs up when you ask to cancel the service.
I advise anyone considering this company for their phone service to first call their support number and ask to cancel your service. You'll see first hand what I am saying is true.
