They didn’t fund after signing the agreement

I signed an agreement with them and they withdrew after singing when they did a bank verification and uncovered a prior loan that was paid on time and as agreed, based on fictitious unsubstantiated reasoning that I proved to be false. And also after their credit team approved my profile. Not only did this cost me time, but also opportunity loss. Where I spent over two weeks choosing to go with them and reading their agreement in detail. And I was excited to leave them raging good reviews. Now I feel I’m being profiled as a bad person when I have strong credit and good financials. There was little to no empathy to work with me.

We understand your disappointment and frustration. We are also disappointed that we couldn’t provide your business with the funds you requested, especially after investing considerable time and hard costs underwriting your application. Fintegra employs rigorous and disciplined underwriting processes to ensure that the businesses we fund are both willing and able to repay. Our analysis of the additional bank statements obtained from the manual bank verification led our underwriting department to conclude that your business presented a substantially higher risk than previously believed. Therefore, we decided not to move forward with funding. The manual bank verification is a clearly articulated stipulation that must be satisfied prior to funding to ensure that there are no unpleasant hidden surprises. To be clear, Fintegra never signed a contract with your business and was in no way obligated to fund your business. The heading of your review “They didn’t fund after signing the agreement” is factually incorrect and misleading. Fintegra has no intention to profile you or your business in a negative fashion. However, you have clearly disparaged Fintegra through your unfair and factually incorrect review. Fintegra has an outstanding reputation within our industry and with our customers, as evidenced by our Trustpilot reviews. Your review is an outlier.
