I have been a subscriber for over a year - use it when I can - but two things happened - 1 there is no more support links for questions so if it is not in the posted info - you don't get help. 2. It no longer works. I can't upload a source document - which is a critical component for all lawyers - so - it has failed in very important ways. Too bad - as it would otherwise be a decent platform

I like where the team at FactBox is going, but they need to workout some workflow and data organization issues. The main workflow issue is keeping everyone in sync with updates. It is very hard to find out what facts have been entered since a given date. The organization of uploaded files, vs text is also strange.

Hi Carl- Organizing files, texts and viewing recently added facts are all existing features on FactBox. Thanks for making us aware that these features aren't immediately apparent!
