The online application process is useless
The online application process is basically useless. They let me apply to a closed location that was still listed on their website. After providing my bank details online and getting pre-approved, I went in person only to be told they don't accept online banks. This is definitely something that should be filtered out during the online application! To top it off, they forgot to give me back my ID, forcing me to return to get it. They were very apologetic about the ID, so I won't hold that against them too much, but the overall process is broken.
