I was getting charged almost $85 for a subscription I didn't even know I had. I have no idea how long I've been paying for this or how to even log in. I just happened to notice it was taken out of my account. I contacted Epic about this situation and haven't heard back, I'll update if I do. Update- I contacted Epic and they did get back to me within 24 hours. While they did refund my money for this month and cancel my subscription, I have apparently been paying for this since May of 2022. I know I wouldn't have signed up for something that was $85 a month when my child NEVER uses this so it's likely that it was free for 3 months or whatever and then it started charging. I wasn't receiving any transaction emails, nothing. I'll take blame for not canceling a subscription I didn't know I had (or must have forgotten about) and for not checking my CC transactions better, but they very discreetly steal money from you.

in epic you need to pay money which is stupid. it wont let you read a book unless you subscribe which if you want to you have to pay

EPIC IS TERRIBLE I would have to wait till 8 am to read one book and I don't find what I want.

Beware!!! I have tried to cancel my subscription for months and they keep telling me to cancel in my apple subscription, but the problem is it isn’t in my apple subscription. When I tell them that, they just say there is nothing they can do. Having to call your visa to block it is pretty poor!

EPIC IS SUPPORT CHEATING COMPANY, USELESS, HOPELESS, STUPID, WORST SYSTEM in the whole world. No one should subscribe to EPIC, as I lost $63.59 by subscribing to EPIC and wasted hours of my time to make them understand. Till date EPIC is not working for me even after 15 days of my payment. I am giving POLICE COMPALINT & writing my WORST REVIEW in all social medias. Please read my story below. COMPLAINT REPORTED TO EPIC ON September 5, 2023: My EPIC registration/Login not working from day one. My annual subscription amount of $63.59 is already debited from my credit card ending with 6401. Please solve this issue today or send me full refund today. JAMES from EPIC support replied as below on September 6, 2023: Hello, Thanks for contacting Epic. I am unable to find an Epic subscription registered to this email. Can you please provide the following information: How did you create your Epic account (in Apple's iTunes/App Store, in Google's Google Play Store, or on Epic's website)? I submitted answer to all his questions JAMES from EPIC support KEEP ON ASKING SAME QUESTIONS AGAIN & AGAIN. EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS James from EPIC support is not able to solve my issue.

My wife paid to get the unlimited version of epic books and has not gotten it. We’ve tried sending 4 emails and even screenshots of payment received but still no response from anyone. Epic needs to fix this issue. My wife is trying to help teach kids and can’t because of epic.please fix it or give us our money back.
