inopropriat for kids

I paid for the yearly subscription last week. But my app says I need to reactivate my subscription in order to access books. Support doesn’t have an email or phone number. There’s just a form to fill out on their website. I can’t imagine this is a difficult fix since I sent copies of the subscription confirmation they sent me when they charged my card, but alas we are still waiting for resolution. Seems like for how much they charge for a subscription, they should be able to provide better, prompt service.

shit game brought back mini guns no skill i got bummed and he wasnt even good he just spammed jt

Did a trial. Cancelled on day of subscription beginning. Still got charged ($99) Wrote to complain on November 21st and got a reply on December 28th which said that they couldn't help me and the issue is with Apple. Apple said they couldn't help me either. It is such a scam.

Fraud alert. New credit card charge appeared out of nowhere. Cancel the card... during Xmas... such fun. :( 😞

the firm is under bankruptcy On January 25, 2024, lenders began bankruptcy proceedings against Epic's parent company Byju's in an effort to repay its loans.[6] On February 1, 2024, Byju's U.S. division filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Delaware. Byju's would raise around $200 million in an effort to clear "immediate liabilities" and for other operational costs.[7]

The service auto-renews WITHOUT A WARNING, even if you cancel it on the renewal date. So I was charged for an entire year. The customer support email gets you no where because it’s been over a month with ZERO response.

No response from customer service despite two attempts. Tried the contact email, bounced. Also found employee email addresses to follow up - all of the emails bounced. Does this company exist? Is it a shadow company? I tried to cancel on day 8 of the 7 day free trial - I know, but this is life as a working mom with two small kids - and it’s frustrating not to get any response whatsoever.
