Echoing other reviews, a box of tat they clearly cant punt off elsewhere, nowhere near the value offered and seemingly impossible to cancel despite claims on the website. Steer well clear.

Fake reviews elsewhere. They make it impossible to cancel which must be breaching a law somewhere, contents are worth less than 1/2 the price charged. Absolute rip off. DO NOT USE just buy bits on places like Amazon and make one yourself.

I have had 3 boxes from drivecrate and I have been reasonably pleased with the first one as I had a discount code so it felt worth the money. But full price I don’t feel you get your moneys worth the only items of any real use value around £20-30 and that’s me being generous. Now the other major issue is cancelling trying to cancel is virtually impossible as no option on the website allows you to and email to support is not answered/responded to. I’m not sure how I can actually cancel I’m have already paid for two boxes I never wanted as I’ve been unable to cancel

I was genuinely excited to subscribe to DriveCrate at first. The idea of receiving a curated box of motoring products each month sounded like great value, especially with the advertised value of over £40 worth of items. Unfortunately, after receiving several boxes, I became increasingly disappointed. The biggest issue for me was the value of the products. On multiple occasions, I looked at what I'd received and struggled to see how the contents genuinely added up to the advertised value. Some items felt inexpensive or like promotional products rather than things I would have chosen to buy myself. As a subscriber, I expected each box to consistently provide value for the monthly cost, but that wasn't my experience. While I understand that value is subjective, there were several boxes where I finished opening everything and felt I'd paid more than what I'd actually received. That was disappointing because the advertised value was one of the main reasons I subscribed in the first place. The second issue was the cancellation process. When I decided the subscription was no longer for me, I logged into my account to cancel, only to be told it was less than 10 working days before the next renewal and I would have to "check back later" to cancel. This left me in a frustrating position where I wanted to end my subscription before another payment was taken, but the website wouldn't allow me to do so. I won't be renewing my subscription and unfortunately can't recommend it unless the consistency of the boxes and the cancellation process improve.

The boxes are filled with the items shops struggle to sell. For £40 the value is terrible. And when you try cancel they continue to try get to out of cancellation, even once they confirmed cancellation they still tried charging me for a box I didn't want, plus sent multiple emails to me about trying to charge me again. Honestly just stay away. Such a headache

A complete con, avoid at all cost. Boxes are a complete waste of money and just a load of rubbish they put together. Please please don’t subscribe to this as you will have difficulty cancelling your subscription. ITS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
