SCAM SCAM SCAM......I have an active investigation into this company.. 1.They charge your card without asking 2. After you submit your docs they ask if you want expedited service, if you don't they ignore you. They then wait for your time limit to expire then demand another 45$ 3. If you email them about this they ignore you 4. if yo try to message them on their website about this they will ignore you then end the chat. 5 If you call them they wont answer 6. IF you leave a message for management or billing they wont answer and will ignore your message you left 7. If you call as a new customer they answer right away same guy 8 If you ask him for the manager extension he will give you a fake one and it will disconnect you right away. 9. GO TO YOUR BANK IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES and tell them the scam then report it as I have to Report fraud ftc gov I just found this info.. WHY is their IP in London?
