The guy running the show was the A-Hole
They do not know how to load a dumpster in a compact manner. A 6' bookcase with removeable shelves is empty. A lot of boxes would have fit. I had to constantly advise them how to be more efficient in their loading. They have a BS claim that a copper stereo cable is e-waste. And it would cost $20 to dispose of each one. There was no prior mention of "e-waste* in my conversations setting up the appointment. A simple copper cable is NOT e-waste. I accepted the $300+ add-on to get it done. They knew I lived more than an hour away from the job site. It seems that when you hear someone died, it is like blood in the water for sharks. We had pre-sorted the bulk of the unit, and explained it to them when they arrived. For example, 46 cases of empty wine bottles(clean). They will do their best to figure out how to screw you. Be Prepared.
