We strive to find everyone who reaches out to us their ideal space. When your initial inquiry was submit to Digsy, all of our market experts were "at capacity". With the demand for space being so high, we refrain from connecting our users with an expert who already has a full plate. This can cause a bad experience, and leaves both parties with more stress than before. As we grow, we bring on new experts to alleviate the issue and keep up with demand. We'll typically continue to reach out to market experts in a given area until we find you the right fit. If it is taking too much time, we refer our users to other services so as not to delay their search for commercial space. We strive to provide nothing but the highest quality service to our clients. Unfortunately that’s not always possible as our experts in a specific market are occasionally at capacity. Rather than allowing our experts to provide our users with a sub-par experience, we’ll occasionally refer other services to assist in the search for commercial space as to not delay your search for commercial space. Hi Eli, My name is Andrew and I'm the CEO & and Co-Founder of Digsy. I want to convey our deepest apologies for not being able to assist you in your search for space. We're a young company that is growing very fast and we limit the number of customers each of our space experts can work on at the same time. This is because we strive to provide 5-Star service to all our clients (which you can witness from the other customer reviews below). Our space experts won't be able to provide great service if they're overwhelmed helping too many clients. So the limit on clients they can help is why no one was able to assist you. I'm personally leading the charge to recruit more space experts in your area as fast as possible. We hate to turn away business, and would have loved nothing more than to be able to help you find space. It is evident from the reply you received from our team that we did a poor job communicating why we are unable to help at this time — due to not having an expert in your area who has not hit the limit of clients they can work on, and that we're working very hard to recruit more as fast as possible. It is our fierce commitment to provide 5-Star service that sometimes causes us to not take on clients who we will not be able to give the level of service and detailed attention they deserve. I want to thank you very much for trying Digsy, from the bottom of my heart.
