My thank you email to Digsy: Hi there, whom ever you are. I want to recognize my agent Kathryn Tong as being one of the most helpful RE agent’s I’ve had the pleasure of working. I’ve been searching for a warehouse space for over a year and have worked with 3 separate brokers. No one could find the right spot for the right price. Katheryn on the other hand… well… let’s just say that I wish that I would have saved my self a whole year of wasting countless hours and touring spaces completely outside of the spec that I specified. Thank you for putting me in touch with Kathryn. She is seriously incredibly good at what she does. I’ve got my warehouse, the lease is signed and we are moving in next week. THANK YOU! Digsy helped me obtain a location for my new restaurant. The process was incredibly smooth and they were there to assist me every step of the way. Very professional company, I wish them great success in the future. Highly Recommend!

Using Digsy helped us find a great broker to use in Seattle. I would definitely use them again.

Digsy was super responsive, great follow up, caring and connected me with a professional broker. They are doing a great job of using technology combined with personalized customer service. I highly recommend them!

After a month of fruitless search for a warehouse, I came across Digsy and voila!, got the deal done within a couple of weeks. Moving my company from New Jersey to California, it was pretty daunting to find the right warehouse in an area I was not familiar with. Digsy definitely made that transition easier, and I'm now enjoying my new warehouse. Thanks!

The Digsy site and staff are amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the site and have referred it to many people in the last 8 months. I decided in early 2015 to start my own business and after asking numerous people if they knew a commercial realtor with no luck I turned to the internet with low hopes of sorting out all of the 100's of ads for commercial space, realtors and advertisements. I stumbled upon Digsy and I really appreciated the thoroughness of being able to break down exactly what I was looking for from the location, type of commercial space, square footage, maximum I wanted to spend a month and more. I received a hello email from the CEO within minutes of submitting my request letting me know they were on it and that they would have some spaces available for me within 24 hours. They also mentioned that they noticed I was not working with a realtor and would I like to be introduced to one and I said yes. They introduced me to an amazing realtor from VOIT and he was able to help me get an amazing space on the ocean in beautiful La Jolla, CA and make my dream on business ownership come true. He was not pushy, was thorough and listened to what I was looking for and delivered. I highly recommend anyone needing help with commercial space or a commercial agent to check them out. Oh and the President sent me a follow email making sure I was satisfied and that his business was truly living up to their expectations. This is how a business should be run! Best way to find commercial space and the best broker to get the job done! Plus, their customer service team is awesome!

Hello. My name is John K. and I am writing in regards to my experience working with Jeff Hakim and Digsy. Jeff and I have been working together to help me find a location for my Martial Arts School that I will be opening up. We have been working together for over 4-months I believe and Jeff has been extremely helpful and available through every step of the way. He has been extremely patient with me through this whole process and I am more than pleased that he has been my agent throughout this whole time. I have worked with other agents in the past and Jeff is by far the most pleasant one that I have worked with. I recently signed a lease for my Martial Arts School and Jeff is still helping me through the process even though technically, his job is finished. I would highly recommend Jeff and Digsy to whoever might be looking for a real estate agent and I appreciate the opportunity to work with Jeff and your company. Thanks so much. John K
