We stumbled upon Digsy because we were looking for our first space to rent. We were having a hard time finding what we were looking for and even getting through to listing agents. The second we contacted Digsy we were connected with Jamie Kim. She took us to see several places, negotiated for us, went over the contracts, and answered every question we had. I signed up with digsy and within the first few hours I had an assigned Digsy rep calling me to evaluate my needs for new business space. Within one day after that, I had a real estate agent on the phone assessing my needs with me. By the next day, my agent had several properties picked out for me to evaluate. We visited several and I chose the first one we visited. My agent had all the floor plans and details printed in a nice booklet for me. This made it extremely easy for me to evaluate my choices. Then my agent got me a great deal on the place we wanted and I got my keys yesterday. I called several agents when I started and Digsy was the best at following up w me and getting the ball rolling for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were top notch all the way and regularly stayed in contact with me to make sure my agent was taking good care of me.
