We started an office search with a well-known, reputable tenant firm in SoCal. After one day of touring, and a deal that we ultimately had to reject, they simply lost interest and abandoned us. So, we turned to Digsy before Thanksgiving, needing to get a deal in place before Christmas. After some front end delay (most likely due to the Thanksgiving holiday), we were referred to Ryan Wakely of Windwater Real Estate, who did an awesome job. Not only did he find properties for us that the prior broker failed to present to us, but he was a great advocate and we obtained an office lease in a location and on terms to our specifications and budget.
