The Negotiator that Blair and his team have put out is AWESOME!! Based upon the situation, the branch tree logic steers the potential clients into various sales funnels. The end result is the client leads you receive are more educated on what to expect but are more realistic in their pricing as well. I’m having a hard time keeping up with the number of good leads!! The deal bot negotiator has been amazing for us. We have been using it for 2 weeks now and have 2 properties under contract and at least 2 others we will be finalizing paperwork on shortly. I have a brand new acquisitions manager and this has made things so simple for him. The deal is already negotiated, he just needs to fill in a couple details with the seller and get it signed. The numbers already make a deal before we even get on the phone. Of the deals we have now one is from a cold text campaign and one from a FB lead. Highly reccomend to anyone looking to streamline their acquisitions process.
